What a lovely day, ive been painting jumps no riding for me today wana get all my poles painted ready for some jump practice this week, guess i should of done it over winter. What you guys been upto??

I've just come back from the most fantastic 2 1/2 hour ride with a friend - we boxed to the Downs and had so much fun with views to die for! I've remembered that I like hacking!!

Hacked out wearing only Jods and a T shirt- was so warm! Then went to see my gran. Then home for a 4 mile run, shower and dinner, fun fun!
