I appreciate that's technically not what this thread is about which is why I am suggesting a separate thread to make other user aware of EBR change in opinion.

I completely understand where you are coming from PS, perhaps another thread is a good idea, that way this one will keep on track.

I thought about it too PS, cos I wouldn't have known if I hadn't been following this thread and I would have wanted to know if you know what I mean. But also had concerns about how it would be put.

Available for future letter writing!

Thank you Ester & yes PS it would be a good idea but am not sure if Admin would be happy about it

Personally I think its something that needs to be asked in private too.

If there is impropriety then its much easier to take action or have action taken if things dont deteriorate into a forum flogging.

I would most definitely want to know what my money had been used for had I donated.

I agree spaniel, we don't want another forum war

Agree totally these questions have to be asked via PM unless BER decides to post her own thread but that is totally up to Toni

Wow, it's amazing to see how far some of you are getting with this matter. It is much appreciated by UK horse owners that are aware of the risks regarding EIA at the moment.

It seems we now have to cross our fingers and hope that we do not get a major outbreak in UK, thanks to these 'charities' our horses are at risk of catching the disease and being slaughtered but I'm sure these 'charities' have a very good reason as to why they don't seem to care about keeping the UK horses from being slaughtered. I'm sure it has absolutely nothing to do with the fact that they are profiting from the rescue of franch horses.
