(1)get a free photobucket.com account,
(2) load your photos on
(3) doubleclick the one you want to put on here and you will see a SHARE THIS PHOTO list of codes down the right side, copy the bottom IMG code and paste into your post
eg

http://imgur.com/ is much easier to use - you don't even need to make an account.
Just hit Upload images > Browse from your computer > Choose the photo you want to use > Start upload > Right-click the image > Copy Image URL.
Then to post here paste the URL between
with no spaces.
