Heard this on our local news this morning and just read the article. It's is beyond me how any human can be so hideous. I feel so sorry for the man. Nthing is safe anywhere

yep, there are some truly disgusting people around.
i met a social worker recently who said that at a lot of the families she visits, the adults eat really well and the children have totally different food. i didn't understand, i thought she meant rubbish like crisps and biscuits instead of a square meal, so she elaborated... "not human food." i still didn't get it. "dog food."
this is, apparently, commonplace.
when you have children being dragged up by the scum of the earth, you will get even scummier kids. if that's the only upbringing they've known, they can have no standards. it is a huge stratum of society in total meltdown. as a small example, lots and lots of these kids have never even been taught to eat with a knife and fork... apparently that wouldn't even register on the "at risk" warning list for social workers.
when things like the above happen, horrible and terrible as they are, i am not surprised... after the Jamie Bulger affair, nothing shocks me. the kids who do this kind of thing are sub-human because they have been raised, imho, in a sub-human way. normal 9 and 10 year olds boys would not have behaved as those two ****s did.
god knows what the answer is.

A person like that is one step away from becoming a murderer of humans as well. Sickos often start on animals then move on.....

This person needs to be caught and get more than a £20 fine and banned from keeping animals for 6 months, just like the comments under the report say.

Shocking. Poor old dog. Poor owner.
 
I heard this on the local news this morning and thought it was incredibly sad. What sort of low life takes an elderly dog, kills it (why?) and dumps it? It terrifies me that there are people out there who get their kicks like this.

Ditto agree there, unless someone somewhere says until you can run your own life responsibly you can't have state funded kids its never gonna change and when we all retire we will be prisoners in our homes too terrified to walk down the street

It is totally beyond me and disgusts me anyone would get kick out of it. I just hope they do catch them from the CCTV footage they have.

We see dogs tied up outside shops so many times - personally I wouldn't do it as wouldn't dare - but it doesn't mean you shouldn't be able to. Seems just nothing is safe and we're never far away from low lifes so far removed from humanity.

there is more and more animal cruelty and killings these day .. what is going on in this country

The poor owners, I hope the person gets caught but what justice will be done> It wont fit the crime thats for sure !!!
