So for those not lucky enough to go to Badders: what are you doing this weekend?

This afternoon I am going to take my friend's cob for a hack. It will mean getting him through 4 lots of electrical fencing whilst his bum gets nipped by his neighbours at each section. Then past the TB who's been trying to attack him and two new horse's that he's not yet met. Well Thats if I can avoid being trampled by his lady friend who I know will do her best to escape when I take him out. All courtesy of really crap field arrangement by YO. Is it worth it I wonder. it's time to move our lovely chap I think.

Had a 4 day weekend and spending lots of time with my boy riding in the Bluebells. Also catching up on horsey jobs.

Rest of the time spring cleaning and going to the dump probably - its not a BH without a trip to the dump! :)

Taking baby pony on short hack round village with daughters youngster this morning and then riding older mare this afternoon as well as poo picking

Its all rock n roll here :D

What channel is it on? Or is not being covered until tomorrow?

BBC red button 12.20 today (sunday) until 5.45pm.
Don't go anymore as I prefer the coverage on telly......and I cannot get trapped in the shopping village:)
Sarnies.....drinks...cake...all lined up...phone off the hook.....and the biggest decision? Which rider to miss for a loo break:)
Bryndu

Say watching badminton on red button feeling miserable as was disposed to be doing first xc schooling on new horse today but let down by transport at last minute :(

Hmmmm You know the saying about best laid plans etc?

Well we took the horses out in hand. All was going well. We saw sheep, had ponies running up to the fence to say hello and cars galore. Still nice and calm. Went past a bloke strimming the edges of his lawn and both ponies were fine with it. He saw us and shut it off even though both ponies were ok. Just after we had gone past he started it up again startling both ponies. Asbo pony bowled me straight over (daughter thinks I actually gamboled) and stood on my lower arm as she went. Bloke was most apologetic and came running over to make sure I was ok. Wasn't really his fault as was just one of those things

I have been down the hospital and got it checked and I am not broken this time. I am rather bruised though especially my poor bum cheek :p :D

Dr has asked me to take it easy for a couple of weeks and give it chance to heal. Will I? Maybe a few days :p

I'm supposed to be at a Christening. Rode and done horse this morning. I went to the church service and to the reception for one drink and have left OH there. I will go back to pick him up after Badminton has finished. There are 150 people there so I won't be missed. ;)
