As title says, Gaynor (the well known horse communicator) is coming to see my spanish horse Hermoso this Saturday....eeeeeeeeeeeek
I am a bit worried, mainly because he had a horrid life when he was in Spain
and I bought him as a remedial horse. So I hope I don't get too upset.
I have actually just found out a few days ago (although I 'knew' already as it is very obvious if you know him) he was beaten and starved by the owner before the one I purchased him from
. I know this because I am currently looking to buy another spanish horse and an agent I was talking to happens to know of the group of horses that the guy I bought him from rescued. So she filled me in with the detail. Was so upestting for me, I think because I 'know' it happened now makes it more sad than just thinking that's what happened.
Anyway, I have owned him for 3 years in June and he is now a very happy horse now
. He has come on leaps and bounds in this time and will no longer sit on the ground when putting a rug on
or collapse in a shaking heap at the sight of a farrier
Has anyone had any experiences of Gaynor? good / bad? would be interesting to know your thoughts?
Here is a photo of him, he is such a sweet boy
