So glad I work weekends!

Today I realised how lucky I am sometimes to work the shifts and days I do. Most weekends Im working unless I take it as holiday so have 2 days off in the week instead. On my hack this morning I encountered:
Cyclists
Hikers
General day trippers/walkers
Families playing football
People flying kites
A german car with a man in it who decided to beep at me for no reason!

A very unusual man waling along making sheep noises near me

And of course the usual dog walkers etc.
Except for the dog walkers the rest of the list was purely because it is a bank holiday!!
Dont get me wrong Im not saying I want the WHOLE moors to myself

hehe but I am so looking forward to my weekday hacks when its peaceful and Im not having to detour incase I get caught up in a kite/hit by a football etc

Does anyone else work weekends and enjoy weekday hacks??

yep, stupid amounts of people around here today as well. Damn tourists.

The world and his wife are in my village this weekend due to a big meet at the race track. Hacking out would be silly as most of them think they are actually racing as they drive to and from the track! Curremtly they are streamimg past my house as there is no resrtiction on them leaving through the village only entering through it!! Very relaxing. Oh yes and then there is the helicopter hovering over the track filming.
