So happy

Just wanted to share as I'm so happy, I finally had my first riding lesson today after not riding since a young child (18 years ago)
I rode a gorgeous cob named Ruby and I absolutely loved it and her. She put me at ease instantly and really gave me some confidence.
We just worked on steering and then trot a few laps of the arena in each direction, but it was a great start and I can't wait to get more lessons and really get into it.

Thank you! I was much more concerned that my past experience was closer to pony trekking than "proper" riding haha!
