After my post last night about the loan horse gone lame, I have today emailed the owner asking her to take her back. Feel rotten, like I'm abandoning her. Especially to someone that doesn't actually want her......

I'm sorry. I must have missed the rest of the story about this but at the end of the day if the owner can't be bothered with luck she will sell her on to a good home that does care. Meanwhile (((hugs))).

It is the owner's responsibility to either care for this horse or have it PTS, it was bad of them to try passing it on to you when they probably knew it wouldn't do any kind of job. I think you are doing the right thing, I can see why its sad though.
