. . . getting show schedules ready last night.

Schoolgirl error. Poor little yearling had to have three stiches tonight I came up to find a nasty gash under the poor little chaps eye. Got lovely purple stiches mind but ahhh!

On the plus side it's been cleaned up and he is all meds up so fingers crossed as long as he doesn't decide to go stich picking it should heal with only a little scar.

They seem to just know don't they!

A foal of mine decided to cut herself badly enough to require bandaging, days before her dam was getting graded with SHB meaning we had to cancel.
