So, if your horse was a car, what would it be??

Renvers, my thoughts exactly!! I mean, I often pop to tescos to do the weekly shop for five on my trusted steed :-) drop it off at the car wash for a full valet when I'm on my way to work and only use 99% petrol!! Only the best for mine you know :) just realised that mine might actually be Italian, alfa, possibly as he does have a few wiring issues!

The Quarter Horses and Paints would be Hot Rods, come in a variety of sizes and colours and a bit clunky to look at, but you press the right button and you really find out what acceleration is all about :D

A TVR, goes like hot snot, slightly crazy, but breaks for a past time!

:D

Love the description - hot snot :D

Our stupid TVR blew up on the M25, how humiliating is that! Little red thing pulled over with it's guts hanging out, people were slowing down because they were laughing so much :o

This is hilarious and I really needed a good laugh today!

Sweetie - Old Daimler: was a smooth ride but the suspension's shot and the axle is broken so it's in the garage permanently! Gets polished but doesn't go anywhere

Hemir - DB4: Was the Dog's B's and can hold his own with the newer versions. Needs new tyres and shocks but still likes to go out and show off his curves. Great acceleration despite his age but the brakes are worn and not always reliable.

Motty Big Botty - Dacia Duster in dark dark dark brown (not black). Plenty of room in the trunk, looks like it should be good off road but, in reality, better on real roads!

DouDou - Multipla: Deceptively spacious car with a bit more grunt than most peolpe give it credit for!

Mazda MX5,...great fun, doesnt break and generally cheap to run, looks good, small yet sturdy and skitty around corners if you go too fast!!!:D

My mare would be a Jaguar XK8, she has sleek lines, is fast and has that look at me profile. My little grey boy would be a Toyota MR2, zippy with a bit of 'tude' lol

Dunno, what make has sticky brakes (often stops dead, difficult to restart, other times don't apply at all), bad roadholding, capable of 0-60 in a nanosecond (often when not required), heavy on fuel and with good upholstery?

My Arab boy: Something that looks great, cheap to run, a bit quirky, doesn't perform as reliably or flashily as those expensive German (warmblood) cars, but if you like going fast and having fun - maybe something Italian, Alfa Romeo?

He's definitely not well schooled enough to be Japanese!

I'm always amazed at how alike my horse and my car are....
Big and wallowing, will get you over / through anything, comfortable but not very fast, not great in tight spaces, slightly dodgy suspension and a bit creaky on cold mornings, heavy on the fuel, needs a valet.

Horse is 16.3hh galloping sofa AKA Clydesdale x TB, car is a rustbucket old faithfull S reg horse poo green Rangerover.
