......that is probably wrong on many levels!
I didn't think it would happen so soon but Pops and Muvvar have stopped with the 'Tessa would'nt do that' and now start with 'Millie has.....'
They have cancelled a holiday as they cannot bear the thought of her in kennels!
Bubs is smitten with her and I think by the way they climb all over each other, that Mills likes Bubs. We have dressed her up. Bubs has chased her up hills and through streams getting healthier by the day. She has not been using her inhaler as much. To top it all off I have lost a stone trying to keep up with bugga.

On the down side.....
She has jumped off a bridge...while I was still on the end of the lead!
Last week she fell into a canal chasing ducks!
We are a laughing stock in the local parks for her whirling dervish antics.
She steals other peoples ball and slippers.
She has yet to go on a walk and come home CLEAN or DRY!

Now, I also have a query......
If a dog was on a walk in a public place and say ...... caught a rat with another dog and they accidently killed it...by both going in different directions would the owner/s be in trouble??
What about a pigeon????

What is this clean/dry concept you speak of??

IMO you shouldn't get in any trouble for the pigeon/rat, as they are both vermin, so open season and you are 'hunting' with no more than two dogs. However whether you would or not is another matter! Depends on who saw it, and whether anyone fancied following it up!
There was a letter in the Shotting Times about the Police (who brought along a Welfar Officer) being called on a lady who walked her two Spaniels in the rain with no coats on!!

As somebody who owns four lurchers and walks eleven, killing a rat/squirrel/bunny is something you become accustomed too! Rats/squirrels are classed as vermin and there can be no repurcussions if your dog 'accidently shortens its lifespan!'

Sleep easy.

Coats?????
On a Springer...silly woman lol
No one saw the incidents apart from the owner of the lab who helped rip the rat in half so as they could each take a bit to the owners to show off!
With the pigeon I had to phone my dad to come and remove it! She had the wings in her mouth and everytime she ran the wings opened! No matter how hard I tried to run from her she would catch up and try and get me to have the feathers!
