How old is she? It may well be that if that if they are selling her they'd be inclined to let you have her cheaply??

It seems this is all very amicable not that it makes it any easier to say good bye :-(
I know you might not want to hear this but some times these things happen for a reason, if you are stuggling for time and your parents are struggling for money too it may be a good idea to take a step back once shes gone back and focus on your studies maybe get a part time job and save some money of your own.
There will be many more oppertunities ahead of you believe me - it just feels like the end of the world now !
