So long to the sunshine... and no singing, okay?

Well, after spending the day harrowing my summer paddocks I'm saying a very forlorn "come back soon" to the sunshine - we're forecast rain tonight and then the next 3 days here, so hopefully after that our big yellow buddy will be back.

Whilst I was harrowing today, ponies were lapping up the UV :)

I know. I was abroad for six days, so missed all of the lovely sunshine, apart from yesterday, when my horses came back from livery and went out on our turnout paddock clipped and rugless, having a lovely day grooming each other in the sun. Today it is misty, blowing a gale and raining!

Been lovely yesterday and today,no rugs on horses and me taking my jacket off sitting in the sun with a cuppa ha,ha. :D Suppose to be light drizzle tonight I hope so as harrowed paddocks and need a bit of rain to give my fields a boost as its well draining so drys quickly.

Wish I had turn out like yours. Looks fab for managing good doers. Our fields are lush and have looked as good all through winter, with daily turn out. Might have to crack out the grazing muzzle soon, for the first time ever.
