i recently (last week) sold some horse items on a certain site. the buyer bout about £150 worth of stuff (big cardboard box full) and i said i would send it out next day for her. so sent it second class signed for. ....
contacted by paypal friday saying the guy has opened a dispute for undelivered item, so went to email him and he had emailed me first....
wheres my stuff i have paid for? i expect you to reply because if you think i am going to let this go then you have another think coming, I will be coming to see you this week as you have messed with the wrong person.
WTF??? it has only been a week and that was the first email i had received off him, so i said i would refund, then when the box got there he can send it back to me, or he can wait a few more days to see it arrive, and if it doesnt i will send a refund. i know it has left our post office as i have just been in to make sure.
i apologized, i am not out to rip anyone off.
to me that is a threat right?? or at least it sounds like one. im totally happy to give a refund if box has been lost in post or whatever but all im wondering is if sent 2nd class can it take over a week (well 5-6 working days ) to arrive, is he being to hasty? or am i being a cow bag and should just send a refund now for him ? help please xx
