So much for riding today

After 3 works out of work due to an abcess, horse finally gets his shoes back on.
And today he is lame,even got farrier to check his foot and he said it was fine.
So I am now not sure what to do. I am gutted.
And its just cost me 150 to have the vet come out to sedate him for farrier, and 150 for the last visit about 2 weeks ago.

My horse is slowly (well not THAT slowly

) working her way through ailments - so far had strangles, gashed legs, mud fever, colic and a serious case of choke. Really hope you get to the bottom of it asap, will keep my fingers crossed for you.

Ah, that's not good, one of our horses had an abcess all of last winter, he was lame for months and nearly £1,500 on vets bills -OH (and insurance) were not happy!!

I think you may be in for a longer wait to get him sound again.
