So nice outside, deciding whether to ride

After yesterday evenings incident i rang the docs this am and they wanted to check my back as my chest/back is acheing, neck and head occasionally hurts. No visible bruising but it feels bruised. Anyway he said doesn't think there is any damage but a muscle is spasming so should take neurofen (which is not yet doing anything).
Want to ride the good pony tonight in the lovely weather, trying to decide if i should or not

I think you should if you want to, but just make it short and gentle! Also its snowing here (Aberdeenshire) (!) so you should make the most of your weather as long as you feel up to it!

Forget the neurofen - get ibruprofen, which is exactly the same stuff but about half the price! Miracle cure for all of my aches and pains....

Decided against riding still aching and can't shift my headache either, will go and get some ibruprofen tomorrow, see if that helps.
