Well Im still recovering from the past 2 days of madness and mahem of getting missy ready for balmoral .
Missy got placed 5th out of I think it was 12 , was meant to be 16 in the class but a few obviously didnt get in or turn up .
Anyways , she looked fab and was shining like an otter , walked her through the crowds of balmoral amongst buggies and what not and she was as good as gold , my 6 yr old could have led her she was that good .
A friend that owns the stallion to whom shes by did the showing for us as he offered to so hubbie was of the hook , although I secretly wished I did it myself as she was that good (going to do the next one myself
)
Went into her class and was she an angel
she trotted up and right around the arena and she was fab , could have cried I was soooo proud of her , According to breeder she would have been right up there in the placings only due to not having enough condition on ( i knew that anyways ) and also her front foot is slightly turning out which i know is a farrier problem but we will get that sorted .
Judges liked her enough to place her even though she had these "problems" ... and placed her above 2 other top showing people according to missys breeder
Anyways im still beaming with delight that she got a ribbon and got placed , it was such a mad day getting her ready even the rain couldnt stop us but enjoyed every single minute of it so did amanda , she even took her rosette into work with her to show off hehe bless her . (missy is her first youngster and balmoral was her first ever show ) .
Anyways after the day was over missy fell asleep in the stable I mean out for the count lol she was knackered , couldnt get over how brill she went an absolute star .
so all in all fab day .
I know these pics should be in pg but tough lol
Sorry they arent of good quality took them from my phone as I couldnt find my camera
anyways hope you like and also must apologise that i didnt get any good ones of her trotting away , I was concentrating that much on her and watching her I forgot to take some .
A few of her sleeping in the box waiting for hubbie to come back with the box to go home .
