Well the wee one is now about 4 and a half/5 months old. (I lose track) and is a right pain in the a*s at times. But what puppy isn't? She can now walk to heel, comes to call, sits and stays on command.
So decided to take her out on Saturday morning to see about retrieval (up to now she's retrieved a few toys from my cousins
)
Uncle had shot a few pigeons (not with Cindy) so kept one over. First time he threw it out she went after it, sniffed it and came back.
Sent her out again, she retrieved it using the tail. Next time she retrieved it using the wing. Third time retrieved it using the breast
Forget the dummies, we just go on ahead with the real thing.
So she has now learned 'way back' and 'fetch it up'
All proud of her.
