Hi all, i just wanted to share, i have a 31/2 year old cob who has recently been broken in. We have hacked out four times now with his field companion and he has behaved impeccably on each occasion, we have met tractors, gone past huge windmills and today had a convoy of motorbikes. I got my lad when he was three months old and i have spent time with him every day doing lots of de-sensitising, long walks etc. It is the most wonderful feeling to now be riding him (very short hacks a couple of times a week). I am so proud of him, i never thought i would ride again after an accident 7 years ago. Thank you Ronan, you may be young but you are helping to restore my confidence and i love you. x
