I've just bought a diary for my tack room to keep track of everything. And good lord - I've been using it for a week - my life is so much easier!! 😅
So far I've put in physio appointments, sports massage appointments, dentist, vaccination dates, farrier visits, when saddle checks are due, what ridden or ground work has been done on what days and for how long....
Wish I'd done it sooner!!! The struggle of trying to remember what we had done not 2 days ago was becoming a real issue. Wish everything was fixed so easily!

I have a calendar on the wall in the tack room and a white board so that I can write on it in big letters and see it when I sit opposite drinking my coffee in the early mornings.. Also have a diary on the side in the kitchen, if it gets written in there it gets done, if not it doesn't. Ah the joys of getting old and having to have all the reminders around. 😂

I've got Collins page a day diaries going back years, so useful
So have I! I like looking back now and then and seeing that x horse went sideways round the village and was an ar@@ or that something really good happened In horse land, along with having full records of important stuff!
I’ve got sloppy recently but need to get back to it

Me and Mr StR have four calendars in our iPhones. We have a sporting events one and his business events, both of which I need to know about, other people who work with him also access those. Then we have a private one for us both, and I have one just for me which I add stuff that he just doesn’t need to know about like work Teams meetings etc.

September to the end of November only has six days with nothing already planned in, life seems to get busier and busier (which I like, but… )!

I think having a journal to record routines etc is a brilliant idea and I do recommend it to my customers when they're monitoring their own saddle fit. Being able to see significant changes and patterns can really help with management and yes, adding diary dates in one place has got to help too!
