another how much?

A friend has had this mare vetted but she is very cautious as past 2 horses turned out to be very unsuitable and wants to make this the right decision.

She is a 14.3/15hh M/W piebald Irish mare. She is 15 years old but has low milage. She has been used for a girl with disabilities, has obviously done this girl proud as she is moving on to a bigger version and is headed for Para olympic dressage

This mare has competed at dressage both national and international level so is very well schooled. She does jump but nothing over 3ft.
She has impeccable manners and is very friendly and affectionate. My 3yo daughter sat on her quite happily

In the vetting it was picked up that she had mild stringhalt but the vet thought it was insignificant enough that he didn't put it on the vetting.
She is passported, vaccs and microchipped.
What do you think she is worth?
She is up for £4000
