So the brightwells threads gone again

I just read on fb that the H&H newsdesk are on the case.
Good news, but I hope people keep up the letter writing pressure, something has to change within the WPCS!

On Horse Gossip lots of email addresses for people to complain to also there is going to be a protest next week. This is too important to drop those Criccieth ponies deserve better its a pity the WPCS cant grow a pair and prioritise those ponies not the individual.
 
For me, it's also about the fact that the recognised society to promote the breeding, welfare and education of Welsh ponies is condoning the breeder by making him an honourary member and having him on the judges panel WHEN THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR YEARS.

It appears to be corruption at the highest level.

There are quite a few organisations in existence to support tb's coming out of racing. I give to them when i can - they do wonderful work. But this is a different issue.

Page 30 is very interesting reading!
I have written to the WPCS and advised them that I will not be renewing my membership.

I thought of Anonymous! ;)

4 Welsh Pony studs have now put an announcement on their websites about their ethical methods of breeding and selling on their stock - Sunwillow, Millcroft, Rockbury and Roseview, and a list of ethical breeders is being compiled.

Hopefully more studs will stand up and distance themselves from all the misery inflicted in the name of profit.

I know how I would prefer my next pony to be reared.
