so thinking of going back into the arena of dressage..........saddles and the rules

so looking at the rules of british dressage...............western is a no, but looking at the shapes of the new style dressage saddle and where they put the knee rolls etc, Australian stock saddles with normal flaps and stirrups would this be a no? and why not Spanish style subjects while we are on the subject?

more of a ponder and discussion than anything else............
