So upset

This is my last weekend in Dallas with my Mare. We move back to the UK in a couple of weeks time and she starts her journey to the uk next weekend.

We had our first ODE lined up for this weekend. But, last weekend I fell hard, on my head and the Dr has now banned me from riding for 2 weeks because of concussion and whip lash :-(

I am so upset, this is my last chance to ride with my trainer and friends and my body has let me down.

i now come home to the UK with a mare I haven't competed properly. I feel like "all the gear and no idea" I am so sad and upset and angry (anger is the concussion!!)

Don't worry about having not competed her - she's obviously something special for you to be bringing her over with you

It is a shame is hasn't all gone to plan though...

Where in the UK are you moving to?

We move to Glous.

She is very, very special. Everyone who meets her adores her. She is one of those horses that oozes personality. She is a challenging ride, but I like that, it keeps me honest.

I am so upset that I won't get to compete with my current trainer and my friends here. I guess this is step 1 of reality hitting home, we are leaving in 3 weeks!
