I've posted before about doing online showing :)
In April's show they had a class called Horse in a million. You had to enter a photo and a paragraph about why your horse is special. I entered Lucy :)
It was quite a big class with 18 wonderful horses entered. Each special in there own way. Many over comming the odds or helping there owners regain confidance or helping them cope with a loss. I read all the storys and wondered if Lucy would get placed.
Today I saw the results and she only went and won the class :D Words can't describe just how much this means to me and how proud I am to have had a pony as wonderful as her in my life.
She also came
8th in the april fools class :p
4th in the veterans class :D

Sorry for the pointless post but i'm just so proud of my little angel and had to share the news. I only wish she was still here to share in the joy. I miss her so much :(
On the 19th of this month it will have been 14 years since she came into my life and changed it for the better and I owe her so much. xx

How lovely, congrats :)

I know they said that they would be putting all of the stories on the FB page (I think), I would love to read all the stories.

I've just started doing the online shows since Feb and have already gotten a few rosettes, such fun and highly addictive (for me anyway).

Thanks guys.

Bright_Spark All the stories are now on the FB page. They have an album in the photo bit :) If your anything like me have the hankys ready :o they are realy touching stories :)

Well done Laura.

My Henesy was also in that category - he got 10th
Even though he is gone - he is still a winner in my eyes.

So many special horses. Congratulations on your win xxx

Thankyou everyone :)

Always Henesy Your boy was beautiful and that photo was wonderful I shed a tear or two reading your story. I'm so sorry for your loss.
I'm shore he and Lucy are together up there watching over us. They were both very special horses.
All the horses in that class were winners I don't know how the judge desided, I'm glad I wasn't judging.
Well done on your placings :)

RebelRebel I couldn't believe my eyes. I kept staring at the page and it wouldn't register for a while.

Thank you sweetheart for your lovely words. I am certain that they are keeping an eye on us :)
We were both blessed to have had such amazing horses in our lives...they have given us memories to cherish forever.
I am also glad that I wasn't judging  What a difficult decision.

Well done!!
I came 7th and 8th in Over the Rainbow Bridge class a few days ago, with Holly and Archie. I think I'll give Archie's rosette to his owner :)

I've never won a class, but I hope to one day!!

And Always Henesy - your picture/story made me cry too!

Amazing news - well done :):)

Whenever you write about Lucy it makes me cry. It's so obvious how much she was utterly adored and how proud you are to have had that time with her. Definitely one in a million :)

Well done you - thats great news. I've always enjoyed reading your stories about Lucy and 'Horrid'. Your love for your horses really shines through. xx

Thankyou everyone. I'm still :D :D :D :D today :D

Nah well done on your placing :) This is the first time I've won a class. It's an achievement to get placed as theres always such lovely horses in every class. I love doing it with Lucy. I've found a way to keep compeating her and I love looking through all her pictures desiding which photo to enter into which class. Keeping her memory alive and well and truly kicking :D I hope you get a win soon. It realy is an amazing feeling. x

LittleGinger one in a million she deffinatly was. There'll never be another Lucy ;)
