Good post Izzywizz - I waited 18 months to have my puppy.
My friend has the odd very good litter, the first litter was too soon, then next were absorbed.
However she was well worth the wait, and I have the pleasure in knowing her mum, gran, and great gran who's 15yrs and going strong.
For me it was more of a health and temperament thing, rather than bloodlines - although she's actually very well bred

Would like to say that temperment and health are the most important things in a pup to me. If we found a breeder that we loved we would happily wait for the right puppy.

There is no rush for this pup, we just need to work out if we want the puppy before or after a human one!
