So what do you do if you have empty stables!!

My house looks out onto the stables and paddocks ..... for the first time in 15 years there are going to be no horses in the stables, no tack in the tack room and nothing in the fields.

Its only for a 2 month period, but its going to be so horrible not having anything to look at, and its going to feel so dead. I will only have 2 donkeys & 1 large retired horse to look after (and they are in the back fields you can't see) which will take all of 30mins a day. That is a massive 3 extra hours a day not chatting to the horses/riding them/poo picking, etc, etc.

Anyone else gone from a full yard to absolutely nothing. How have you coped!!?

Can you move them to where you can see them? Or else move the house to them...I couldn't cope!

Cor wish I had your house, would love to have mine at home instead off 7 miles away

In two weeks mine go into the summer fields all of 150 yards from kitchen but I can't see them from the house I hate it I just love seeing them out the window.
