Based on my recent experience as a buyer to sell they need to have 4 functioning legs, be within a few inches of the advertised height, not spook at everyday yard sights like wheelbarrows, not kick you if you try & pick up their feet.

Yep, but she just lacks the motivation to jump big tracks which is what I want to do - she jumps very well, don't get me wrong, but I like to be towed into a fence and she is FAR too polite to do that LOL!
