Somewhat amusingly, this video was the 5th most viewed of An Eventful Life's videos last year. Other than the obvious point that a video of me is liable to include some general idiocy and confusion, I was pondering why it had been seen so many times. And I came to the conclusion that it must have been you lot doing the viewing!

So there we go, the might of HHO. If you are not careful, I will start a Tokyo blog and inflict that on you as well.

Happy new year and how are we all, what have you all been up to?

a rider who we have to admit we had never heard of before checking our stats

Teehee, love how they had to google you. Please do a blog from Tokyo, your antics will be missed on here.

Anyway, congrats on the sneaky top 5 placing!

I just watched that and thought I didn't watch that before, how come then I remembered it wouldn't work for me when you posted it before so I didn't even get a vote in the top ten vids! :)

Glad you're back cos I need your expertise. I've just bought a proper(ish) horse and we are going eventing this year (only at 80, which might as well be the moon to me!).

Hope life is treating you well. Don't be a stranger.

Oh my, I love love love that! What a sweet write up, although really how could they not know you, even if you aren't related to the other V Pendleton?! Such a shame you're not out and about this year, as that would have been a fun update/interview. Hope you're having fun in Japan.

I'm not sure if that would fill you with fear or excitement, but a few v v amateur HHOers will be out eventing this year for the Wobbleberry Challenge. We can't match you for entertainment value but we at least bolster the numbers of wobbly riders having a go at eventing !

Hello! All is going well in Japan, normal levels of chaos, navigational failure and general ridiculousness (may have done a charades style imitation of a showjumping round on foot in a crowded station when attempting to pronounce Japanese word for horse in effort to find nearest stables).

Still in touch with Vito and Parrot. Vito is out showjumping and I think Parrot will be out in March!
