Isn't it sods law... It always seems I have a sound horse for months and months, but as soon as I book into a competition for the coming weekend, he comes in lame from the field :(

Not too bad, only about 2 tenths in trot, but not noticable in walk. No heat, nothing obvious. Possibly an abcess brewing, possibly tweaked himself hoolying around??? I'll get the vet....

Pointless post, sorry.
 
if its not that bad ,wait for vet, cold hose him and give him abute and see how he is in a day or so ,but absolutly true regards to your comment
 
How annoying. I am so useless at diagnosing lameness. I usually end of diagnosing the wrong leg let alone knowing how many tenths lame they are! Hope it is a minor twinge and all is well soon. Healing vibes to you. xxx
