I love my HKM Garrelli ones, they have lycra round the ankles which I love, not sure what sizes they come in though

have the tally ho ones in black. I usually prefer the full seat, but have the knee patches in these (they do a full seat version). They come up at least a size small so you should be good in the 24s. Fantastically snuggly, wind and waterproof too. Smart looking too.
The townend ones are good too and come in black, a similar situation with the sizing too.
