solar top up question

please can you recommend a solar panel to top up my leisure battery/keep it topped up?
fed up with carting said battery about. has to be cheap and cheerful
and
do you just clip them on?

They come with crocodile clips to clip them on. I think go for the biggest you can afford. I haven’t found any difference between cheap ones and expensive ones. I think mine came from either Aldi or Lidl and it’s a bit bigger than A3 size. We use it in our caravan and it’s kept the battery going for over two weeks before (that’s obviously with a lot of use).

You need a solar panel connected to a converter and that then connects to your leisure battery. Buy cheap, buy twice!

We've bought a flexi one off ebay to keep the leisure batteries in the lorry topped up. OH stuck it the roof and fitted all the wires and a light invertor thingy. It works a treat and I don't think it was that expensive. Less than £110 for the whole kit. It works a treat
