Hiya,

As some of you may know ive decided to sell abbey, ive found a lovely lady and everything it going to plan shes been vetted and passed, so its all systems go.

I want to draw up a sales contract but dont have a clue where to start????????? HELP!!

The lady has asked me to write a little note saying that she has not had any health problems or has any vices etc which im happy to do.

Anyone have a template or could help I would much appriciate it!!

Have you tried the BHS website, they have loan and livery contract templates.....

Glad to hear you have found such a lovely home for her. Really you could incorporate the info into your bill of sale.

I would just be a little careful - I think when I have been given receipts etc, they normally say something on the lines of warranted free from vice and sold as seen/subject to vet. You do need to caveat it otherwise you could find yourself offering a clear warranty against conditions you had never considered!
