Sole use Professional Yards

I am looking at setting up a yard in Hampshire ideally to rent sole use to a professional/business. Would be 12 boxes in a barn, tack room, feed store etc, school with lights, off-road hacking onto Southdowns and 26acres of grazing. What would people expect to pay for a setup like that per month?

If you look on the Equestrian Notice Board there’s one near Ramsbury Wiltshire not too dissimilar which might give an idea.

In my experience bugger all… they think the rent should be next to nothing.

Maybe talk to Pelhams? They cover Hampshire. I think they have a 12 box yard in Surrey atm for £2500 pm

We rent out 12 acres, 14 stables, a school with lights and a static caravan which is used to live in. Excellent hacking. In Somerset for £2000 pcm.
