Aww, i am sorry, when my lad was put down, i could bear to leave the yard, i didn't want to even muck out his stable.I have his headcollar hung up in my house, exacly how he had last wore it, i won't ever use it on another. Now i box my current horses to the places i rode danny, and i remmber all the riding we used to do, and it makes me smile when i think of all the good and not so good times we had together.
tinkandlily One of the worst things about the move is i will have to touch all her stuff and move it from where she left it. I was very upset earlyer when i descovered someone had moved her turnout rug from over the stable wall where she had left it. Crazy I know.
Her headcoller is at the vets still but when i go to get it it will have pride of place somewhere. She had that headcoller for all the time i owned her. It was the first headcoller she had on when she lurnt to trust again and she wore it at the end. It is a very very special headcoller.
