I have several liveries at my yard - which is at my home. This weekend I was away for Sat and Sunday. I had made up my feeds for my own horses and my part liveries and had just asked one of the liveries to bring in at night and turn out in the morning and I was expecting to muck out everything and bring in last night when I got back. Well it was done. Completely - all my own horses were mucked out beautifully, all feeds made up and hay put in. All my part liveries were tucked up in bed, with their feed and hay. So thank you thank you thankyou. There are some fantastic liveries out there and I seem to have a yard full.

I suspect you are a lovely YO, which makes all the difference. Lovely to see a happy post about liveries tho!
 
I think I am extremely lucky with the liveries I have. They are all really helpful, friendly and no bitchiness whatsoever. Everyone gets on and helps out with each other - but in a nice way - no interfering. It is such a tie owning a yard and having the responsibility 24/7 it was fantastic having 2 days off and having to do nothing. And yes we make every effort to help out with our liveries and keep them happy - but its worth every effort as it seems to be really appreciated. We are careful about who we take as livery clients and I will read the riot act if I am not happy - but that has happened once and it sorted everything.

Thats lovely, I expect you are a great YO

my YO is brilliant therefore I do favours, in return I get lots of free rides and he bought me sausage and chips for lunch (yes random but a nice thought)
