Well today is the day... after being told to have 'a long think about if I want to treat' the vet is coming to assess BOTH my horses today...

In a nut shell River has 5 different things wrong with him - got better/sound - now going back down hill again and Luca had a fit whilst I was riding him - found a back problem - nearly 2 months off work and physio - worse not better - showing ataxia (sp?!) and vet thinks outlook is bad...

So vibes please guys!!!

Oh and a nice ice cream to all - this board keeps me going at work on days like today when I feel sick with nerves!

Thanks guys - I can't quite believe it myself... the immortal words were spoke by the vet of 'you need to think if you want to treat..' I said which one... she said...'both'.

Just trying to be strong for them, they're only 11 and 5 - and have very different things wrong but I have to consider quality of life I guess... Just praying for a miracle!
