A 14 week old brindle lurcher has been taken in by the charity I do a lot of work with.

I'm trying so hard not to text the parents to ask if I can bring him home after promising no more until anything happens to Jack.....but he's everything I would want.....help!

I have a brindle lurcher, well a whippet/greyhound so a sighthound really. She is fab so I am no use in putting you off!
Only word of warning I can summon is that I believe your whippet is quite young so they may egg each other on and be double trouble but I kept more than one whippet at a time and have had more than one lurcher.
As long as you know what you are doing training wise and dont let the babe run too much, you will love it.

I do have the time and money but having seen the size of his paws I think he's going to be too big for us (with Jack I don't really want something too much bigger than a whippet) and the rescue suspects he's mastive cross.

There is however a greyhound they have in who I'm just wanting to see how he gets on with his small furries assessments ;)
 
He sounds just what my mother would like. Lucky she's not on the forums! She's a real sucker for brindle lurchers.
