Stabled horses on rubber mats, fed haylage, when haylage falls to the ground from the nets and mixes with the water from drinkers it is creating a white slippery residue on the mats which is proving impossible to remove.
Have tried scrubbing with water, horse safe disinfectant/detergent, baby sterilising solution diluted, vinegar, washing up liquid.
Does anyone know what would remove the marks and the slippiness?

Using a pressure washer would be the safest and best solution.
We get this on the matting on dairy farms and it`s lethal! The power washer sorts it out.

Agree with pressure washer but it's difficult with all of the other horses stabled around. Pressure washer used in Spring when they get turned out but looking for a solution for now.
