Someone to bring on a youngster

I am trying to find some one to bring on my 4 year old he was broken last year and turned away as I am pregnant.

He is bred to show jump and people have always been interested by him I think he will be a very good horse if brought on correctly.

Any recommendations in the Cleveland area? Doesn't need to be a showjumper rider could be any professional in any sphere?
