Songs to trot to...

What is your horses trot rhythm?

My 14.3hh gelding is 153bpm but my 16hh gelding is closer to 150bpm. I can ride them both to the same songs, but they always go better when I am closer to their natural tempo.

I use;
Crazy Little Thing Called Love - Queen (153bpm)
Pump It - Bleack Eyed Peas (153bpm)
Crocodile Rock - Elton John (150bpm)
The Rockerfella Skank - Fatboy Slim (153bpm)
Stop the Rock - Apollo 440 (150bpm)
Sex on Fire - Kings of Leon (153bpm)
We Got the Beat - The Go-Go's (152bpm)
No One Knows - Queens of the Stone Age (151bpm)
Hallelujah - Paramore (151bpm)
She's a Genius - Jet(152bpm)
Spotlight - MuteMath (152bpm)

This is fab! I don't know what speed she trots as.... I guess I need to count. I'll have a go with the different songs. Thank you

I always thought Sam Sparro Black and gold was fantastic to trot to and used it a lot to improve my trot, must have worked as the lowest mark we ever got for our tot work was a seven x
