Sold my horse at the beginning of winter purely for financial reasons. It was such a hard decision, but the right one. Work has been so busy since then and with the dark nights as well, I haven't had too many pangs for riding. That is until about a fortnight ago. Now I'm gazing at everyones pictures and vids, and watching some of my own, wishing I had my boy back. Miss him so much. He was supposed to be my horse for life, and now he's someone elses

I work with horses all day, but it's not enough! Me wannna ride!
So the question is....anyone local need some help? I'm happy to school as well as hack. I can help out with other stuff too, and even a bit of money!

Here's a pic of my special boy last year

Your boy looks lovely.

Why is it that everyone looking for something to ride lives miles away from me? I've been looking for the best part of a year for someone who might like to exercise/hunt/compete any of mine!

I do hope you find something near you soon (but if you ever think of moving this way I'm sure I can help!)

14 big and fit horses? Lol, tempting, but looking for something a bit closer to home. Thanks

As for experience, I've been riding on and off for about 16 yrs, had 2 horses and worked with horses full time most of my life. But I just want to have a little fun, and help someone keep their horse fit. Would rather not jump!

Quite happy with youngsters though as my boy was only 4 when I got him.

Hi! You work with horses all day but can't find anything to ride through that? Maybe look for another evening/weekend job or something - that way they'll pay you!
Good luck though, I spent ages craving my own horse and now I can't get away from them. Spent three months in nz riding 6 hours a day - that did it!
