Looking into this bedding and was interested in people's thoughts. I have rubber matting down but my mare is quite wet and apparently this might be good for my stinker, she is currently on shavings, I have had a flax based bedding before and it seemed to attract rats? Any pros and cons would be much appreciated.

It's just another brand of wood pellet bedding. It's certainly more absorbent than shavings, but with a really wet horse it can end up quite expensive. It also goes very dusty IME. I used wood pellets for 7 years. They are the quickest bedding to muck out but no good for horses that churn up their beds. If your mare is quite tidy even though she's wet, it might suit her. If she's messy too, then I recommend chopped miscanthus such as Burly bed.

I personally wouldn't use Sorbeo, I don't think it's a quality wood pellet as it's very dark and there are cheaper better alternatives on the market. I much prefer White Horse Platinum Plus.
