Hi, this isn't directly horse related, although this does occur a lot when I ride (and I know some of you don't really venture out of here).
I seems to constantly have a sore back and shoulders at the minute, especially when I'm riding, though I am in pain throughout the day too. It also hurts a lot more if I am standing up/walking around for a long time, like if I go to help my dad with the weekly shopping, I'm in agony. I don't think I've ever really damaged it by falling off a horse or anything, but I seem to be in a lot of pain. I'm also only 15 years.
Not related, but I also have a problem with my jaw. One side of it clicks whenever I eat, and the other restricts me opening my mouth fully, and hurts really bad when I try, and has been going on for about 6 months. I went to the doctor and dentist, was put on tablets which didn't help, so was given these exercises which also haven't helped. I think I am going back to the dentist soon, but if anyone has any advice, it would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance
