Sore hind heel

My mare hari has a sore heel on her hind right.It looks like an over reach injury but on the back foot.

I have cleaned it every day and put on purple wound powder to try and dry it up. But i think her left hoof is catching it. The wound is on the inside heel bulb.

I have also tried an over reach boot on it that really helps and cleared it up but it rubbed all the hair off her heels.

Any body have any suggestions?

if it is that she is tracking up to close behind and causing this to happen what would my farrier do to try and correct this?

what would you do?
