Ponio had a chiro treatment a week ago Saturday. The chiro found a couple of adjustments were needed, and I'm getting increasingly better work out of her.

However, since she had her treatment, I've been really sore after I ride - tight across my shoulders and sore lower back and pelvis.

I wonder if I've got used to the way she was going (she's improved in her way of going since I had her, so I think she arrived with the problem) and that, now she's straight, it's putting me straight too!

I wondered if anyone else had had a similar experience and, if so, whether it improved with time or whether you needed to seek treatment yourself? The chiro who treated my mare doesn't do people, sadly, or I'd have asked her to take a look!

Yes you probably have. Many would suggest that you are treated at the same time as your horse - my physio does that - then you ensure that you are both 'straight' to start with :)
