red is a 15hh hackney x gelding. hes 17. he belongs to a friend, and i have just started teaching my bf to ride on him. he was a riding school pony from the age of 10 til 15, then my friend got him. he jumps amazingly well, is really hardy and gets on with my horse.

hes bombproof, easy to do and is generally a lovely boy.

unfortunately, my mate wants to sell him so she can put a deposit on a flat with her bf.

and he'd probably fail the vetting due his swollen knee, although it doesnt affect him. she bought him for 2000. my bf and i would really like to buy him to share, so does anybody have any idea as to what he'd be worth? i was thinking 1000 with tack.

£1k with tack sounds reasonable. He's possibly not worth much more.

well thats what i thought, thanks. hed only be for my bf to hack about on and for me to look after. i just think its so mean to sell him at 17.
