Sorry, another boring how much

Would you ask for a 15hh reg QH x Welsh mare rising 8yrs. She is very green under saddle but is ridden in a snaffle & will go in front or behind out in company. Has not done any shows yet, as I have not had the time.

That is what I thought, but obviously not, even dropped to 1500, still nothing. Now I am considering taking her to the Brightwell Sales at Malvern on the 20th.

By the time you've paid to enter her, your travel costs etc. You may as well let her go for £1500 I would have thought.

Cant belive you cant get £1500 for her. I think you are fairly local to us and I did think about coming to look at her myself, however she was a bit small for my daughter. I guess most peole who want something green to bring on would be looking for something younger. Could you not do a show season on her or loan her to a PC'er for the summer, she may sell better when she has done a bit. I would worry selling her so cheap in case she fell into the wrong hands.

Now this is the issue, time. We had the hunt meet up today, ideal for taking her, but I did not have time. Trying to get her out & about should not be an issue, I have my own box, but it is time. I work evenings, & I also work weekends. My daughter is not quiet 15 so would need help at shows, which means asking someone to give up their time. This is one of the reasons for selling her. If we had the longer days it would not be so bad, but it is difficult enough to get in the school & we have 2 incl her to ride full time, Mo is in very light work, & we dont even know we have his nibs apart from the mucking out! I am also aware that Tamara has more school work & I want to reduce the pressure. I thought about loaning her with a view to selling as this would give her a good time to settle.

I cannot understand why she isn't selling

She is such and absolutely genuine mare.
