Ok, already posting with reguards to sizings of loose ring snaffles, do I go for the 5" or the 5 1/4 ? She takes 5" in a kimblewick? Do I go for the extra space to avoid pinching?

Next question.... which bit do I go for! I want a loose ring lozenge snaffle but they come in different thicknesses and ring sizes?! I'm so confused!

I went for the same size, then put rubber biscuit things on the side so no chance of pinching or the bit going through his mouth

Hmm, go for the right size, so 5" in your case. Standard thickness is about 16mm I think.

Still think go for the right size and add rubber gaurds oh and on thickness... the thicker the softer... all i can help ya on... i would of thought smallish rings? Unless shes a big girl?

I would go for your normal size. The 'standard' tthickness size is 16mm as someone mentioned
